It was soooo bitter I had to squeeze a piece of lemon in it to kill the taste. It totally cleaned me out. I feel so much better, and I have so much more energy. I totally recommend this cleanse.

TASTE AND SMELL IS HORRIBLE!!!!

If you read other reviews that complained about the taste and smell.. BELIEVE THEM! It was horrible, I couldn’t finish my cup, and even gagged/threw up a little bit. But it did work. I feel like if I would have drank all of it, more would have came out but I couldn’t get pst the taste. I had to scrub my tongue afterwards.

When you take this cleanse that's how your stomach is going to feel. You definitely better stay home and make no plans for at least the 8 to 24 hrs recommended. You will get the squirts for sure. It will give you that blowout feeling.
