When will I receive my order?

For Sea Moss Gel orders, shipping only takes place Monday - Wednesday to preserve the quality of our product. All other products ship Monday to Friday.

Please all 1-2 days for processing. 2-3 days for delivery.

Yes, specifically the Sea Moss Gel. This is a perishable product. All Sea Moss Gel will be shipped frozen with ice packs to ensure it does not spoil during transit time. Once delivered, please have someone at home that can place in the refrigerator. If you do not plan to use the Sea Moss Gel right away then store in the freezer.
