I was really skeptical that I would have a hard time with the liquids. I have never been able to take liquid medicine. The gut cleanse was surprisingly good. I could taste the passion fruit. I love the 7 day total body reset. Every item had great taste but I didn't care for the texture of the seasons. Favorite item of the gut care is the tonic. I felt realky good at the end.
