Shrinking Fibroids: Month 1

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): Detox + Reduce Inflammation

Goal:
 Lower toxic load, open elimination pathways, calm CRP.


Daily Morning Routine

Warm lemon water

  • 16–20 oz water
  • juice of ½ lemon

Supports liver bile flow and digestion.


Smoothie (Heavy Metal Support)

Blend:

  • wild blueberries
  • banana
  • cilantro
  • chlorella or spirulina
  • flaxseed or psyllium
  • coconut water

Supports gentle mercury removal and gut binding.

(Detox Phase): Support Estrogen Clearance

Cruciferous vegetables daily

These contain compounds that help metabolize estrogen.

Examples:

  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • cabbage
  • kale
  • arugula
  • Brussels sprouts

Goal: 1–2 servings daily

Add Ground Flaxseed

1–2 tablespoons daily.

Benefits:

  • binds excess estrogen
  • improves bowel elimination
  • supports heart health and cholesterol

Increase Fiber Intake

Fiber helps remove hormones through stool.

Sources:

  • chia seeds
  • oats
  • lentils
  • beans
  • vegetables

Goal: 30–35 g fiber/day


Add a Fibroid-Support Tea

Along with your detox tea, rotate in herbs traditionally used for uterine health.

Herbs to consider:

  • red raspberry leaf
  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • cinnamon

These help with inflammation and circulation to reproductive tissues.


Lunch Foods

Focus on anti-inflammatory, mineral-rich foods

Examples:

  • quinoa or brown rice bowls
  • chickpeas or lentils
  • steamed broccoli
  • beets
  • avocado
  • leafy greens

Dress with olive oil + lemon.


Juices (3–4x per week)

Iron + detox juice

  • Beet (alternate with celery/cucumber)
  • carrot
  • apple
  • ginger
  • lemon

Supports circulation and liver function.


Herbal Tea (daily)

Liver & detox blend

Herbs:

  • dandelion root
  • burdock root
  • ginger
  • hibiscus

Drink 1–2 cups daily.

Benefits:

  • liver detox
  • inflammation reduction
  • cardiovascular support 

Prior to this, I did my 7 Day Detox Bundle to give my body a full cleanse. It targets the detox pathways which are responsible for clearing excess estrogen from the body. We need those elimination pathways open. I plan to do it every 3 months until the fibroid is gone.
